or Jason CookPlease include your name and when you plan to run the mod, and which mods you want. The files sent to you will include the mod, reporting sheet with the questions from this mod, and the players sheet to be printed off. You will be expected to e-mail the report within a few days of the date you run.
Sometimes plans change. If that happens, just e-mail the admins and let them know, and reschedule. We all know real life happens!
